St. Renatus, LLC, was founded to commercialize and distribute a revolutionary innovation – the world’s first dental anesthetic administered through the nasal cavity and suitable for use in procedures involving nearly all of the upper teeth. Upon FDA approval, St. Renatus intends to package their new dental anesthetic in a in a ready-to-use nasal spray device and launch into the market by 2012. The benefits of this new technology include:
• Better experience for doctors and qualifying patients.
• An accurate and sophisticated method to anesthetize the upper teeth topically without the risk, fear, and pain of an injection.
• The patient does not experience the uncomfortable cheek, or "fat lip" numbness associated with the needle.
The nasal mist is currently undergoing FDA clinical testing.
• The preliminary results of the Phase 2 human clinical trials, completed in January of 2009, indicate a more than 90% efficacy of the product.
• The nasal mist was proven equal to injected dental anesthetic in Phase 2.

St. Renatus anticipates initiating Phase 3 clinical trials in Q4 2010, subject to the completion of the end of the Phase 2 meeting with the FDA and their review of the company’s Phase 3 protocol. St. Renatus expects to complete Phase 3 clinical trials and other clinical testing required by the FDA in 2010 and submit the new drug application (NDA) to the FDA the first part of 2011.
